RATES:

All rates are subject to Sales and Resort Tax -12.5%, except on Rentals in excess of 6 months.
All rentals are required to pay a one time Departure cleaning Fee of $50.00, plus tax.
Security Deposits are required on all rentals.

- Check in: 2pm-5pm
- Check out: by 10am
